The Glowing Harp Competition has announced the repertoire for its fifth contest, which will take place online April 1–30, 2027. Led by artistic director Veronika Lemishenko, the contest is open to harpists of all nationalities ages 25 and under as of April 1, 2027, and is divided into five categories by age. Applications and video recordings of stage one repertoire must be submitted by April 1, 2027. Final results for all categories will be announced by April 30.
This year, part of the participant entry fees will be dedicated to the reconstruction of Kharkiv, Ukraine, where some of the previous competitions took place in person.
Şirin Pancaroğlu (Turkey) will serve as president of the senior jury, while Katryna Tan (Singapore) will serve as president of the youth jury. Other jury members include harpists Katrina Szederkenyi (Germany), Marcel Cara (France), Larysa Klievtsova (Ukraine), and Oksana Kyluk-Oros (Ukraine).
