Fake it until you BECOME it!

Happy Monday! Happy June!

I wanted to share one of my favorite TED talks that has influenced my life as a harpist, performer, teacher and even in the every day encounters away from the harp.  You can ask anyone that has played a concert with me in the past year and before I walk on stage to perform, I’m backstage doing my own power pose! Even if I am TERRIFIED, nervous, jittery or anxious, this technique always seems to calm my nerves and give me the confidence I know I have inside. Let me know what you think, Enjoy!
