The 15th edition of the Concours Français de la Harpe took place Feb. 13–15, 2026, in Limoges, France. The international competition included 12 repertoire divisions. This year, Kaisa Helena Žigurs of Estonia won a unanimous first prize in the top division, Excellence (Level 12). Žigurs is currently studying at the Zurich University of the Arts with Sarah O’Brien, after graduating in 2025 from the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre. As first prize winner, Žigurs will perform a recital at the Festival International Harpe en Avesnois and an opening recital at the next Concours Français de la Harpe. Also in the top division, Anna-Helena Hamann (Finland) and Denitza Dimitrova (Bulgaria) received first prize awards. Chen Siyu (China) won second prize. Anastasiya Uvarava (Belarus) and Meret Maria Meier (Switzerland) won third prizes.
Jury members for this year’s contest included Isabelle Perrin, Dominique Lacôte, Sylvain Blassel, and Véronique Chenuet (who co-organizes the competition with Marie-Monique Popesco). For complete results, visit the competition website.
