KU is located in the charming Midwest college town of Lawrence and offers a variety of degree options. The Music Therapy degree is the longest running progr in the country.  There are multiple ensembles, and harpists will get experience playing with orchestra, wind ensemble, and harp ensemble.  KU has an endowed scholarship specifically for harp students. The Bachelor of Arts program is designed for students who want to double major.
