There are many areas of interest that students can explore at UBC, both within and outside of the Music School. Not only do students prepare to be great performers, but they have options to learn about diverse areas of music, leading to versatility and more career choices. Great visiting artists give master classes every year. UBC is a world-class university blessed with a spectacular campus close to a beautiful city. Student symphony and band concerts are in the beautiful Chan Centre for the Performing Arts. Recitals are in Roy Barnett Hall, an acoustic gem!
