TAKE A WALK
Are you getting stuck in a practice rut as we near the end of this year’s 30 Day Practice Challenge? There’s no better remedy than a good ol’ walk around the block. While you’re away from the harp, spend a moment going over your music in your mind. Visualizing a difficult passage or playing it back in your head as you’re walking can be just as effective as time spent on the bench.
