
Colombian jazz harpist Edmar CastaƱeda releases a new album, Viento Sur, on May 5. The recording features his World Ensemble, a nine-person group of musicians from around the globe. The ensemble also includes Felipe Lamoglia (Cuba), saxophone; Itai Kriss (Israel), flute; Helio Alves (Brazil), piano; CastaƱedaās wife Andrea Tierra (Colombia), voice; Marcelo Woloski (Argentina), percussion; Ryan Keberle (U.S.), trombone; Rodrigo Villalon (Colombia), percussion; and Gregoire Maret (Switzerland), harmonica.
Viento Sur will be available on digital platforms, including Apple Music and Amazon Music.
