The GreenSpring Music Festival is a vibrant eight-day celebration of classical chamber music, with a special focus on chamber music with harp, uniting world-class professionals and early-career musicians ages 18-24. The Festival Academy offers performance opportunities, coaching, and career-building experiences for aspiring harpists. Successful auditionees are awarded a full tuition fellowship valued at $2,500, providing an exceptional and accessible opportunity for advancement.

The GreenSpring Music Festival and Festival Academy is an exceptional opportunity for early career harpists to refine their craft, perform alongside world-class artists, and connect with a vibrant community of talented musicians. Over eight inspiring days in the historic and scenic Frederick County, Maryland, you’ll benefit from expert coaching, intensive rehearsals, private lessons, masterclasses, and numerous performance opportunities. This program is designed to elevate your skills, expand your network, and advance your musical career. Artist Faculty include: Claire Jones, former Royal harpist and our Artistic Director, Lynnelle Ediger, Rachel Zhao, Chris Marshall, Krista Hagglund, Alexander Kordzaia and more.

The Fellowships are competitive and offered to a limited number of exceptional young professionals. The Fellowship includes a full tuition scholarship ($2,500) for eight days of intensive work with six master artists from around the globe, as well as all performance and career-building opportunities.*
