February 4, 2016

Camac has announced details for the Harpes au Max international festival, which will take place May 13–15, 2016, in the district of Ancenis, France. The location is near Camac’s factory, in Mouzeil, and in 2012 was home to the company’s fortieth anniversary festival. This year’s event will be run by the Municipal Community of the Pays d’Ancenis (COMPA), with Camac providing artistic direction.

Celtic, jazz, classical, and world music concerts throughout the district will feature prominent artists including Anneleen Leanarts, Sirin Pancoroglu, Deborah Henson-Conant, Eduardo Betancourt, Leonard Jacome, Tara Minton, and many others. On Saturday afternoon famed French harp instructor Marie-Claire Jamet will give a masterclass.
