The Hampton Roads Harp Competition has announced the winners of the 2023 contest. Held on March 4 in conjunction with the Hampton Roads Harp Festival at Old Dominion University, the competition is open to participants of any nationality up to U.S. grade 12. Winners receive cash prizes and the opportunity to perform in the closing concert of the Hampton Roads Harp Festival.
Junior Division (up to U.S. grade 10)

Senior Division (up to U.S. grade 12)
1st place: Elishia Yeung
2nd place: Jocelyn Chang
