I know this thread is old, but for anyone reading who shares this problem I suggest trying a beta-blocker before you have to perform. They block the adrenaline from getting on your brain receptors keeping you from getting shaky hands and other things associated with adrenaline or stress. They are prescription only, but it’s quite benign.. it doesn’t actively effect your mind/body like a sedative or other medications, it just blocks, hence the name
