I’m getting the error “An account is already registered with your email address” when I try to place an order.

When you see this message, our website noticed that an account already exists using your email address. First, make sure you’ve logged into your account before proceeding with your order. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can request a reset here. If this does not work, please contact us at info@harpcolumn.com for assistance.

Why did I get a renewal invoice for HCA? Will I be automatically charged?

We changed our Harp Column Academy renewal process to make it easier for you to keep your membership active. You will receive a renewal email when it is time to renew your membership. Your HCA membership subscription is set to ‘manual renewal’, so you won’t get charged until you approve the renewal. You can also access the renewal through My Account > Subscriptions. You have the option to renew early if you wish.

Why is the pricing different from last year?

We increased the price of a Harp Column Academy All-Access Membership in 2020. However, if you were already a member of HCA, we gave you a discounted Founding Membership with the same features as the all-access membership. You will continue to receive the Founding Member discount for as long as your membership stays active.

I had a ‘Full Membership’ last year, but now my account says ‘All-Access Membership’. What’s the difference?

Nothing is different, we just changed the name!

I have an active membership, but am I not able to view any of the videos. 

You’ll need to be logged into your membership account in order to access the videos. Double check that you are logged in by visiting your account page

I was given a “sampler” membership as a gift. Which videos do I have access to?

When you’re logged into your account, you’ll find all the videos included in your membership under the My Courses menu item.
