Program summary

The American Harp Academy offers a harp program to inspire and guide you to artistic freedom. The AHA is for harpists that want to be immersed in their music, surrounded by a community of artists that nurture creativity and artistic excellence. Harpists participate in intensive solo and chamber music study with world-class performers and dedicated teachers, in this 1-week program that is designed to prepare harpists for competitions, auditions, recitals, and other artistic ambitions.

Founded in 2020, the American Harp Academy (AHA) led by Jacquelyn Bartlett believes in “Nurturing the Artist within the Harpist” through creativity and artistic excellence. AHA is held on the beautiful campus of the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA. Join us this summer to focus on your goals in a nurturing and supportive environment and meet and hear harpists peers from around the world.

All skill levels welcome, ages 12 to adult.
