*NEW* for 2019 AHS Camp Innovation offers creative & motivated lever and pedal harpists ages 12-17 a residential, supervised, immersive living/learning opportunity to experience the programming of the AHS Summer Institute & National Competition. Campers will have exclusive access to individual, group, and ensemble instruction from outstanding faculty, and participate in the closing concert of the Institute.

The AHS is very happy to be partnering with The University of North Carolina School of the Arts to offer a residential living/learning camp experience that includes great teaching and access to all of the AHS Summer Institute and National Competition programming.

UNCSA on-campus housing includes access to full-time residential staff, key-card building access, and strict sign-out policies, with easy access to the studios and practice rooms located in the School of Music complex.

Students attending who will not be bringing their own harps should contact the Atlanta Harp Center or the Virginia Harp Center  to arrange for a rental instrument.

Check with your local AHS chapter and on the AHS website to access information about the Chapter Ambassadors Awards program, geared to supporting students attending the 2019 AHS summer programs.
