Renew Your Subscription

Step 1: Log in.

If this is your first time accessing your Harp Column account online, go to the log in page, and enter the following information from your renewal notice to log in. The whole email address is your username. The numbers preceding @harpcolumn.com is your password:

Step 2: Check your account status.

Once you’ve logged in, check your account status. Click on “About” from the homepage menu bar, and select Account Profile. From here, you can see your subscription level.

Step 3: Renew your subscription

If you already subscribe to Harp Column and your level says “Harp Column Guest,” it means either your subscription recently expired, or you have duplicate accounts with us, which will interfere with the renewal process.

If your subscription has NOT yet expired and your level says “Harp Column Guest,” email us at info@harpcolumn.com to check for duplicate accounts.

If your subscription has expired and your level says “Harp Column Guest, first log in, then click here to renew.

If your membership level is “Harp Column Subscriber” (or two-year, digital, or international subscriber) you can use the links provided to renew your subscription and edit your username and password.

Get Access to Online Content

If you already subscribe to Harp Column and would like to view articles online or download back issues, just log in to your account. If this is your first time accessing your account online, follow the steps above using the account information from your renewal notice to log in. If you don’t have your renewal notice handy, just email us at info@harpcolumn.com for your account information.

Troubleshooting

If you subscribe to Harp Column and are experiencing any of the following problems, it probably means you have duplicate accounts, which may interfere with the renewal process:

—Trouble getting online to renew or view content
—Can’t update email address because it is already in use
—Notice that your expiration date is incorrect
—Student with a Guest Member account and parent purchased your subscription
—Received a Gift Subscription from someone else
