A video of the performance can be found on the Summer Institute website. <\/p>\n<h3>Lever harp performance notes<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;The Descent&#8221; was specifically written for lever harp. Sections include different simultaneous tunings in different registers of the harp, which can only be done on lever harp. Lever changes are marked in the score. Changes marked with a curved arrow symbol (m. 65), are right hand crossover lever changes, made by reaching your right hand over the top of the harp and pushing the levers down with your fingers. The rest are traditional left hand lever changes.<\/p>\n<h3>Pedal harp performance notes<\/h3>\n<p>The original version included sections with different simultaneous tunings in different registers, which cannot be played on pedal harp.
