Besides being known for his comic roles in both Shakespearean plays and in troupes alongside William Shakespeare, William Kempe (c.1560\u2013c.1603) was known for his publicity stunt in 1600 of betting on himself that he could Morris dance from London to Norwich (about 100 miles). The pamphlet that he published after the feat was \u201cNine Days of Wonder.\u201d The cover on this music is the picture from his pamphlet.<\/p>\n
