Invited by the Dutch Host Committee of the Tenth World harp Congress, Alfredo composed this concert piece with its main section in the rhythmic style of &#8220;cumbia,&#8221; the National Dance of Colombia, South America. Percussive effects on the soundboards in some parts add to the drama and excitement of the piece.
