Additional Notes from the Arranger

Here are some ideas for how to use this arrangement for varying ensembles, including teacher and student: harps 1 and 4 only; harps 1 and 2 only; harps 1, 2 and 3; harps 1, 2 and 4; have a cellist play the Harp 4 part; have a vocalist sing the Harp 1 or Harp 2 part (probably singing an octave lower than written); have a flutist, oboist or violinist play the Harp 1 or Harp 2 part; have a violinist play the Harp 3 part. Markings that are intended for harp vs. those intended for the other optional instruments (flute, oboe, violin, cello) are thoroughly explained in the score.
