Shoshanna Godber has arranged Andrew Sinclair’s “Tiree Love Song” for lever or pedal harp and voice or C instrument. This folk song was written in the 19th century about the Island of Tiree, where Sinclair’s family is from. Sinclair wrote the lyrics in Scottish Gaelic with the original title “Am Falbh Thu Leam a Rìbhinn Òg (Will You Come and Go With Me)?” Sometime the tune is also referred to as the “Tiree Bridal Song,” making it perfect for weddings.
