Note from the composer
Prelude #1 is a lyrical andante with many triplets, in key of C, uses the low C. Prelude #2 is in C in 12/8 marked allegretto leggiero and moves along with lowest note low A. Bagatelle #2 (alla marcia) is marked allegro, is in G and can be played on a harp with low G. Prelude #3 is in ¾ marked adagio non troppo and is similar to Satie’s Gymnopodies. It uses preset F and G sharps, goes down to the low E and includes one measure of 2 against 3. Prelude #4 is marked allegro moderato in 4/4, is in C, and is playable on a 26-string harp.
