Notes from the arranger

A loving, gentle melody from our volume “Easy Classics”, which we have described as: “By popular request, here is an amazingly useful volume – surprise your family, friends and colleagues with your new virtuosity!”

I have been frequently requested by harp students and teachers to arrange well-known melodies from the classical repertoire which would be comparatively easy to play on the harp. Some harpists would find that they are suitable to play at functions; others would consider them suitable material for sight-reading as they prepare themselves for examinations. For whatever reason you have chosen this volume of music, I do hope that you will simply enjoy playing these wonderful melodies as much as I did preparing this collection.

The slightly different requirements between pedal and lever harp are all marked or provided for by alternative versions.
