Originally written for violin and piano, this late 19th century “Andante Religioso” has been freely adapted as a pedal harp solo by James Bingham. This arrangement features lush chords, flourishing arpeggios, and a singable melody. Dedicated to Nina Ásgeirsson, it was premiered by her niece Greta Ásgeirsso, principal harpist of the United States Air Force Band, Washington D.C.
