Prelude

$3.50$15.00

Gretchen Monson’s arrangement of “Prelude,” the first movement of Ravel’s orchestral suite Le Tombeau de Couperin, is for two pedal harps and one lever harp, or for three pedal harps. The interplay of motifs, the delicacy and flow, and Ravel’s marvelous job of giving the harp a prominent role all contribute to how remarkably well the music fits the timbre of the harp.
