Renaissance Dances

$20.00

Renaissance Dances includes 21 dances from lute, vilhuela and other instrumental consorts of the period, arranged by Deborah Dahl Shanks for solo lever or pedal harp. The dances are typically associated with the country from which they originated and were often paired into a slow dance followed by a faster dance. Most dances are court dances, but some were strictly for listening entertainment. The arrangements are appropriate for a large lever harp with 2 octaves below middle C and tuned to Eb or C.
