Rachel Lee Hall

Rachel Lee Hall teaches harpists of all ages in the Roanoke Valley. Her teaching method is based on the style of Carlos Salzedo, who promoted a healthy technique and a strong, rich sound. Ms. Hall's approach to teaching is based on cultivating a strong technique, music theory knowledge, rhythmic proficiency, and performance confidence in each student through a series of graded repertoire. Lesson plans are personalized to each student's needs and interests. Ms. Hall is also a qualified instructor of Dalcroze Eurhythmics, an approach to rhythm through movement. She often incorporates Eurhythmics in her private teaching, and is also able to offer private and group Eurhythmics classes.
