I was fortunate enough to see David Ice’s presentation this year and can’t say enough about it. When I left, I was already pondering when and if I would have the chance to see it again.

David, if you read this, how about producing a DVD? I remember you saying you were always adding to it, but I’d sign up for a yearly update!
