Just wanted to say:

I was able to contact the arranger (thanks for suggesting that) and faxed him (at his request) a copy of the harp chart. He sent me back a correct copy with typical, traditional pedal markings. He also said that the publisher should have corrected it and made it what it should be. I think I probably got it faster by going to him and now he is aware of the font change problem. So I will also go to the publisher to make them aware.

Thanks for everyone who got involved to help. Being a novice to the harp, this board is a great place to learn more than even in lessons!
