Program summary

Founded in 1884, the University of Southern California Thornton School of Music offers a curriculum designed to prepare students for successful careers in the 21st century. Modern harpists study with renowned harpist JoAnn Turovsky in USC Thornton’s Strings department. USC Thornton is also the first university in the U.S. to offer studies in historical harps, and students study with Maxine Eilander in Thornton’s Early Music program.
