Closely tied to Canada’s major cultural institutions, the University of Ottawa is an ideal place to prepare for a professional career in music. Harpists receive ample performance opportunities in orchestra, contemporary music and wind ensembles, and chamber groups, in addition to private lessons, orchestral excerpt classes, and masterclasses. The university also offers a unique program combining the Bachelor of Music with an Honours Bachelor of Science.
