Forbes magazine lists MSU Denver among the nation’s top four-year colleges and universities for the return on investment we provide our students. At MSU, harp students will have the flexibility to expand their interests into classical, jazz, and world music. With the campus being in the heart of the city, students will have access to concerts performed by the Colorado Symphony, Broadway performers, local and visiting pop artists, and much more. Harp instructor Jenna Hunt received her Master’s degree from the University of Denver where she was a finalist in their concerto competition and received her undergraduate degree in jazz performance from the University of Northern Colorado. She leads a successful career as a free lancing musician in Colorado performing in orchestras, chamber ensembles, studio sessions, solo events, and collaborations. Her main goal is to show the versatility of the harp as a relevant instrument in today’s modern music scene.
