One of the program highlights is its rich ensemble offerings for harpists. Some recent experiences include performances of Puccini’s opera La Boheme, a Wind Symphony tour to the College Band Directors National Association (CBDNA) national convention in Nashville, Tennessee, and outreach programs at local schools with the JMU Symphony. The newly created James Madison University Harp Ensemble has also been featured in intercollegiate harp events as well as performances with the James Madison University choirs.
