Carthage College

This program is best suited for students who:

"Wish to grow as a harpist in a nurturing yet challenging environment and to improve ensemble skills."

What sets this program apart from others is:

"Students may take harp lessons even if they not majoring in harp or even music."

Students who graduate from this program go on to:

"have all the skills needed to perform confidently and to arrange their own music for harp."

The three words that best describe this school's environment are:

"Small liberal arts"

Carthage College is a small campus on the shore of Lake Michigan. Its mission as a liberal arts college is to broaden students experiences and help them define themselves and their career path. The music program is an integral part of the college and I am thrilled that I can offer a high quality of harp instruction, not only to those who wish to become professional harpists, but also students who just love harp and wish to keep playing while in college.
