Story behind the photo: I took this photo at rehearsal for the “Tony Bennett Celebrates 90: The Best Is Yet to Come” special, airing Dec. 20 on NBC. The lighting designers were testing out different options, so I snapped this photo, hoping to capture the stunning electric blue lights against the red seats of Radio City Music Hall and the bronzed harp crown.
What’s your hidden talent? Making homemade chocolate peppermint bark.
What do you do to avoid practicing? Play Frisbee with my dog.
What’s your favorite piece to play on the harp? Castelnuovo-Tedesco’s Concertino for Harp
What did you want to be when you were a kid? I wanted to be a dolphin trainer.
