What makes this camp experience unique is:

"Harpists who want to make new friends & surround themselves with great harp playing & teaching."

This camp is perfect for:

"A great residential experience for 12-17 year olds, and immersion in the AHS Summer Institute."

Students come back year after year for our camp's:

"We hope they will, after this first year!"

The AHS is very happy to be partnering with The University of North Carolina School of the Arts to offer a residential living/learning camp experience that includes great teaching and access to all of the AHS Summer Institute and National Competition programming.

UNCSA on-campus housing includes access to full-time residential staff, key-card building access, and strict sign-out policies, with easy access to the studios and practice rooms located in the School of Music complex.

Students attending who will not be bringing their own harps should contact the Atlanta Harp Center or the Virginia Harp Center  to arrange for a rental instrument.

Check with your local AHS chapter and on the AHS website to access information about the Chapter Ambassadors Awards program, geared to supporting students attending the 2019 AHS summer programs.
