Thank you for your interest in Harp Column Academy! Here are some frequently asked questions about navigating our website:

Can I access Harp Column Academy with my subscription to Harp Column magazine?

No. Although Harp Column Academy is produced by the makers of Harp Column magazine, it requires a separate membership and a separate account on harpcolumnacademy.com. With your HCA membership you’ll receive a 20% discount on your next renewal for Harp Column magazine. We’ll email you your discount code when you join HCA.

I can’t log in to Harp Column Academy.

Be sure that you’re using your Harp Column Academy membership account information, and not your login information for one of our other websites harpcolumn.com or harpcolumnmusic.com. If you can’t remember your account information, follow the prompts on the login page, and if you’re still having trouble, email us for help.

I’m logged in but I can’t see the video.

First, try refreshing the page since sometimes links from other sources don’t recognize that you’re logged in. If that doesn’t work, you may have been logged out without realizing it. Try logging in again. You can tell you’re logged in if you see your expiration date at the top of the page. If you’re still having problems, email us for help.

How often do instructors post new videos?

There is no set schedule, however we generally release several new videos each week. Be sure that you’re on our mailing list to receive notifications of new videos, and watch for announcements on our Facebook and Twitter pages. You can also see the newest material we’ve posted on the What’s New page.

Will you be adding new instructors?

Yes! We have exciting plans underway with master teachers around the world. You’ll be the first to know when a new teacher joins Harp Column Academy!
